Hitting the road for vacation -
Family road trips can be exciting and frightening when three hungry people have to agree on where to eat. Guy Fieri with Diners, Drive Ins and Dives pushed people into trying alternative places. My family is up for adventure, but going where Guy has not been is a gamble. While we embrace Guy’s spirit of wild, funky and sometimes hidden restaurants, keep your fingers crossed for my family as we gamble with our appetite. Along the way, we have our safe havens of old favorites and look forward to finding a jelly bean in our ice cream cones, cheese curds and local microbrews.
