Last month, I asked you if you had an independent book store or small business you would like to highlight. Not surpisingly, I heard from several of you about your favorite Indie Bookstores!
Jenny E responded that Magers and Quinn in Uptown Minneapolis is her go-to bookstore for any type of genre. Mysteries, Fiction, Children, Non-fiction, Comics, Local Authors - you name it they, have it - they even buy and sell used books!
Scott O messaged me about a Mystery Bookstore in my old neighborhood in South Minneapolis - Once Upon a Crime - what a delightful sounding store! While I've never been there, Scott tells me it's packed to the gills with all types of mystery genres and they have author events - discussions, signings and more - every week. Maybe I should see if I can get on their calendar!
Just look at that logo - how could it not be interesting?
